I am very happy with this vertical roaster.I've used it dozens of times, and throw it in the dishwasher when I'm done - not even one rust spot.The accompanying recipe also gets an A+ - I've had several requests for the recipe.It's almost impossible to ruin a bird cooked this way.Even if you overcook, it will still be moist because of the inner steam.
However, it doesn't come with a cup, so you have to either find a glass that fits or use a can.I don't like the idea of superheated aluminum and paint, so luckily I have a glass that fits perfectly.
I use mine in the oven, not the BBQ, though I'm sure it would work well there also.It fits in a pie pan, and I use a glass one.If you don't have a pie pan, you may want to consider buying a roaster which comes with its own pan.
I still give it 5 stars because for what you get, it works beautifully!
