This product is great. We grilled two 20 pound turkeys
I'm very disappointed in these skewers.After lots of research I narrowed it down to two choices - either these or the Stephen Rauchlein 3/8 inch ones.I went with these because of the price and I regret it.These skewers rotate under the weight of the meat just like round skewers.They aren't actually flat, they're more ovular.Sure, you can use two of these just like with bamboo skewers and turn your meat with no problems, but that defeats the purpose for me.I'm going to buy the Stephen Rauchlein ones (maybe several of the different widths) after learning this mistake the hard way.
I am originally from Switzerland. We had some guests visiting over Christmas and New Year. The plan was to celebrate an American Christmas and the next day a Swiss Christmas. The raclette oven seemed like the best choice for the second event... Everyone loved it. We put all different kinds of meat on the top grill and melted cheese in the bottom part. Of course the traditional potatoes etc were served too. There was enough room for the 8 of us. It's great if you don't want to spend the whole night in the kitchen preparing the dinner and miss out on the fun. If you have a big table and you want to keep it in the middle you'll probably need to get an extension cord. Also, the oven smokes a little bit when you plug it in the first time! Make sure you'll do that before you serve dinner!

I just purchased these for my Weber grill.They are not Weber branded but work just fine.Seem very durable and fit perfectly.
It's accurate but please remove from grill when you've got the temp where you want it. Mine got spattered with grease from steaks and bugers. The dial became unreadable and nothing I tried (soap & water in a cloth, goo be gone, degreasers) worked. I used a scouring pad as a last resort and it did clean the grease off as well as the number 200. Like I said , either remove it or move it away from the food.
The pluses here are price and ease of assembly, even for me.The smoker has an outside heat guage that is convenient, if general:the settings are warm, ideal and hot.So, it's not a thermometer but useful enough.
Purchased for the Weber Genesis Silver A.It is a genuine Weber replacement part; fits and operates perfectly. Easy installation and cheaper than buying from Weber directly.

I've had this for about ten years, now. It works great. The only problem is the non-stainless steel parts. I've had to replace the lava rock pan and burner assembly twice, and I've just ordered new ones. the la st ime I ordered them from Brinkmann, it took over a month to get the parts, and customer service was a disaster. I finally had to go throught he parent company(Remington Firearms) in order to get my parts.
While I personally do not bar-b-que, I have given several sets of the Grill Charms to friends and family and they are a hit!!!What a wonderful idea. I highly recommend these.
It looks like a very small refrigerator.
I was really disappointed in the warmer rack.To use it I had to put the rack in the middle of the grill because the lid wouldn't close.The Weber Q 300 grill is not designed to accommodate this rack at the back of the grill.I wouldn't recommend this product.
This grill is simply amazing. It is made entirely out of stainless steel, and arrives fully assembled. It is quite heavy, and it is a two person job getting it off the wooden pallet it is shipped on. To hook it up to natural gas, the manufacturer recommends SOL-12HOSE12, however, as I found out, it does not come with all the fittings needed. The grill has a 1/2" FPT (Female Pipe Thread), and hose has a 1/2" flare connection. You will need a 1/2" MPT (Male Pipe Thread) to 1/2" Male Flare adapter. You'll find these at your hardware store in the same section where they keep fittings to hook up your gas appliances. Make sure you put pipe dope on the pipe thread, but not on the flare thread. The other end of the hose has a quick connect fitting, with a 1/2" FPT. In my case, the gas outlet on the outside of my house had a 1/2" FPT as well, so I had to get a 1/2" MPT to MPT fitting, which I found in the same area in my hardware store as the other fitting. Make sure you liberally apply pipe dope to the male fittings and leak check with 1 part dish liquid, 1 part water, brush it onto all the fittings, including the ones that were factory installed.
We recently purchased this item because our 10 year old microwave was on its last legs. I liked this model because it hadgrilling possibilites shown on the carton. Major concern after we brought it home---no instructions on how to use the grill in the users manual . Customer service only available from 8am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri. Any idea what my working hours are? It does include a metal grill rack, but can you use the microwave at the same time? I'll keep the fire dept phone number onspeed dial.
My husband has had this set for 5 years and loves it.He just bought it as a present for his brother.
I bought these several years ago for my father-in-law who does a great deal of grilling. They have been used and abused yet still look new.They are sturdy and look good.I would recommend these to anyone who loves to grill.
I guess you get what you pay for.
If you read all of the reviews you will have noted the water leak problem. I figured it was worth the purchase even with the design flaw because the grill has great features for the price. I researched solutions for the leaking and then emailed support to ask them for advice. I was surprised when they offered a cover but recommended not to install flashing because "they don't know how it will effect grilling". They have known about the leakage for more than 3 years. With $2,000 grills you think they might explore some solutions other than a cover. People who spend this much on a grill are likely to be the same people who are willing to grill in the rain.
The box in my grills sits between 2 of the burner deflectors.I origionally purchased the long version of this but had to return it because it didn't fit.When you measure your grill, the inside below the grade is not as wide, it was atleast a inch less where the box sat, so theres the got ya! The short fit no problem and in a word, it works.Experiment a little bit - I had filling the box full of chips inside but noticed the once in the center didn't burn by the time I finished cooking so now I try less but careful to line the sides with the chips and get enough smoke to last til I get done cooking. I did soak the chips in water and got just the small wood chips in a Amazon bundle deal, big pieces won't really fit or burn like you'd use in a real smoker. I usally put the items off heat and let them smoke for 15-30 mins and then start to bbq! Over all I'm happy with the purchase because even though we have a "real" smoker it's a pain to pull out more than 1x a year where this I can add a little bit of smoky flavor to anything.
Do not be fooled by stainless steel frame. If you are buying a stove for outdoor use, this product isnt it for you. The burner is a poor designed cast iron with some silver colored paint. It has already rusted and will not last. So what the stainless steel frame for if its parts rust?
After years of dutiful service, I was finally forced to retire my old Broilmaster. (BTW, my wife somewhat challenges the use of the word "forced")As a proud Weber kettle owner for many years (Both the Performer and a Weber 757001 22 1/2-Inch One-Touch Gold Charcoal Grill, Green), I have long had my sights on an all Weber fleet.I have cooked on Weber gas grills before.It was never a question of quality, but the overall look of the Summit line.Simply put, I hated the wheels.There was just something about that beautiful piece of stainless that appeared to be riding on the deck of a lawn mower.I toyed with getting a drop in, but decided against it.When the 2007 Summit line was previewed, I knew this was the year.The lawn mower wheels were gone.
Excellent quality grill...the best for the money.Made to last for years, unlike the inexpensive grills from the home improvement stores.I have the natural gas model, which gets super hot fast.The frames off the burners are blue color and consistent throughout the burners, thus eliminating any cold spots on the cooking surface.My steaks never tasted so good.
This product is a joke. Any decent instant-read thermometer needs to be able to be adjusted. Instant-read dial thermometers, because of the nature of their construction, become inaccurate as a result of use. This item is not adjustable, and it sure needs to be. I bought a set of 4 with high hopes. After all, a short instant-read is exactly what you need when cooking steaks. Whenever I buy a new thermo, I test it against my trusty (and exactly accurate) bulb candy thermometer. From a set of 4 I got the following: (1) 40 degrees low, (2) 20 degress low, (1) 1 degree low. I I contacted the manufacturer for comments, they ignored my email. I returned the set to the store where I bought it. Nice idea, sloppy implememtation.
Purchase this as an add on to my new Weber grill.I crisscross it on top of each other to save the charcoal from fall off to the bottom too soon.It is less expensive order from Amazon at the time of purchase and save me a trip to the home improvement stores.
The Bayou Classic 10 PSI stainless steel braided hose is a safe and great product. Before purchasing this through Amazon.com,I searched for a replacement hose at Lowes,Home Depot,and several sporting good stores,and could not find a suitable replacement. I used up a lot of time and gasoline. This product is safer and will last longer than the usual rubber hose type.Ordering through Amazon.com was quick,easy,and sent to my front door.The 10 PSI Braided hose gives me plenty of heat to the burner,and the 30 inch long hose is a perfect distance from the bottle.Thank you.
I've got a lot of Cuisinart appliances including their grind and brew coffee maker, a toaster, a coffee grinder, blender, and this grill pan. All of them are great, except this thing. It has a number of problems:
First off the picture is all wrong. The tools are just like the ones in the "Mr. Bar-B-Q 5-Piece Oval Stainless Handle Tool Set" except you also get the plastic case, scraper, 8 corn holders, and 4 knives, not the wooden ones shown in the picture. It comes with the XXXL spatula and tongs. I mean these thing are HUGE in every sense of the word. Its a nice set for the price. I would have like a smaller spatula and tongs like the ones shown, they are almost too big but I am sure this will last a long time, the tools look quite durable. Good buy, but just be aware what you are actually buying.

This is my fourth gas grill which replaces a very expensive stainless "Turbo" unit I bought from Barbecues Galore about eight years ago.That Turbo started out fine, but steadily deteriorated to the point where I didn't even want to fire it up anymore.The quality of materials and workmanship on the Weber Summit S-650 is top shelf.Every detail is well thought-out and executed, including the burner system, high-end side burner, LP tank weight guage, heavy guage stainless grills, jet ignition system, separate smoker box and burner, drip tray system, massive lid, and LED grill-out lights that really work.I've only owned the Summit for a short time, but everything I've grilled so far has turned out perfectly.The six burners and large cooking area make it possible to cook for a large party, but also provide more options for indirect cooking.Want more heat without increased gas usage?Turn on the burners closer to the food.It's brilliant.Perhaps the best features are the flavorizer bars and grease drip system.They virtually guarantee no flare-ups on fatty foods like burgers and chicken quarters, which was a constant source of frustration with my previous grill.The grease hits the flavorizer bars and disappears into a poof of smoke.What misses the flavorizer bars hits the full width slanted grease tray that terminates into an aluminum catch pan.Clean and easy to manage with zero flare-ups and no charred food.

The Sharper Image 8147SI Stainless-Steel Super Grill with Interchangeable Nonstick Plates
I replaced a grill that had cast iron everything. It would take 20 minutes or longer to get the grill to 400 degrees. This new Weber takes only about 5 minutes to hit 500 degrees. I love the 4 burner front to back design. It is a design that gets me back to the days of indirect heat cooking I got from my Weber charcoal grill. I have cooked steak, burgers, chicken and a Wisconsin favorite brats. This is the first time I have a side burner on a grill. I've used it to heat a few things and appreciate it.
I use it to take all sorts of stuff out of my little electric oven as well as out of the big gas oven. It's really big and really handy....and it's so sturdy, you could probably lengthen the handle and shovel snow with it --- although I wouldn't do that. We don't have much snow in South Texas.

I bought this BBQ for my husband to replace an old propane BBQ.It took several days to get a plummer out to install the natural gas line but my husband has since been using the BBQ daily. It has many great features such as the searing station and hide-a-way rotisserie.He is cooking like a PRO and is very pleased!

This product is available with a motor -- either AC or battery powered -- or with no motor.I bought the one without.It's not hard to assemble, but it is hard to set up and adapt to a grill that already has a motor and bracket (I have a Kenmore#.You have to think a little out of the box.In my case, I had to turn my motor upside down.The Grill Dog comes with two adapter rods #long and short# that allow you to connect it to a motor.The long rod worked in my case.The rod has a square end that fits into the drive on a motor and a proprietary-shaped end that fits into either end of any of the rollers that aren't blocked by one of the four adjustable legs.Each leg has a foot that rests on the grilling surface and the body can be moved up and down to line up with the motor.Each leg can be adjusted by loosening a wing nut.In my case, I had to lower the body so far that the legs blocked the ends of some of the rollers.Once I got it set up, the Grill Dog worked pretty well.The only problem I had in actual use was that it would sometimes walk, separating itself from the adapter rod and causing my dogs to burn on one side.There should be a firmer connection between the adapter rod and the Grill Dog.The big problem -- the reason I gave it only two stars -- is that it's not made entirely from stainless steel #or it's a very poor grade#.After a season the ends of the rollers, the parts that hold the rollers in the body #like the ends of a toilet paper holder), rusted to the point where they wouldn't turn.And I was careful.Even though it's represented as being dishwasher-safe, I always washed it by hand and dried it by putting back on the grill for a few minutes.I like the way it worked and part of me wants to buy a new one, but I don't want to buy a new one every year.
It fits and holds the coals up, not sure what more you would want it to do.
