I absolutely love the stability of the footing design on the Weber Platinum. Originally I was gonna buy a One Touch Gold, but the extra height, extra workspace and stability of this one made it a winner. Originally we were just going to use this on weekends.... We use it all the time now instead of our gas grill. The charcoal experience and smell always brings up fond "memories past" of charcoal grilling. The smell brings everyone back to a good place.When our guests/relatives taste the food, they are really blown away. Without a doubt, get the charcoal chimney. It provides a quicker and cleaner start than user lighter fluid. Your Kettles are excellent Weber. We are converted......
