On our block my husband is "king of the grill," and this barbecue turner is his scepter.He gestures with it, wraps on the dinner bell with it, best of all he cooks the very best burgers with it.The long 14" handle keeps him away from the fire and any angry grease salvos, yet the handle is not so long that it isn't easy to manipulate just as he wishes.
On very special occasions when we have steak this turner is man enough to handle a 16 oz. sirloin with no problem at all.
